Cancellation Policy
At Rich Humbly, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services with transparency and integrity. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before purchasing: 1. Booking & Payment All clients must sign the required disclosures and service agreement and submit full payment at the time of booking. Services will not begin until both the signed agreement and payment are received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Clients are eligible for a full refund only if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of payment and scheduling. After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable, as immediate work is initiated on your file. 3. Performance Guarantee We stand by the effectiveness of our services. If your credit score does not improve by at least one point within 90 days of active service, you are eligible for a 100% refund—no questions asked. (Note: Clients must have fulfilled all required steps, including submission of documentation and credit monitoring access.) 4. Additional Benefits Clients who complete a credit repair program with Rich Humbly, LLC are eligible for a discounted rate on our credit counseling services, should they choose to continue their financial journey with us.
